The invention relates to the hydrotransport of goods, namely to a device for supplying a liquid pitch with coke pieces to the transport pipeline. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. Figure 1 shows the intended device, a general view; in FIG. 2, node G in FIG. one . A device for feeding a liquid pitch with coke pieces into the transport pipeline contains a receiving tank 1, into which the pitch enters from the reaction apparatus 2 via line 3. At the bottom of the tank I, an outlet 4 is made, and on the side wall there is an additional hole 5 in front of which 1, a mesh filter 6 is mounted on this wall. In the tank 1 there is a crushing mechanism with a rotary mixer 7, the axis of rotation 8 of which is located vertically coaxially with the outlet 4, and the crushing blades 9 located under the additional hole 4. : The device also contains a spray gun 10 connected to the tank and communicated with it through the opening 4, a pump 1I, the suction nozzle of which communicates with the spray gun 10, and the pressure nozzle - with the transport pipeline 12, and an additional pump 13 whose suction nozzle is connected with the tank 1 through the opening 5, and the discharge - with the transport pipeline 12, In addition, the device has a bypass pipe 14, connections to which the suction pipes of pumps II and 13 are connected. The crushing mechanism is equipped with a perforated disk 15 mounted on the axis 8 under the blades at a distance of -. SRI D (Fig.2), smaller than the diameter d of the holes in the disk 15. The proposed device works in the following way. The main part of the coke pieces is separated from the liquid pitch in the tank 1 by means of precipitation. Liquid pitch containing small pieces of coke, passes through filter 6 into line 16, through which it is pumped out by pump 13 into pipeline 12. The coke pieces are coarsely chopped first by blades 9, stirred by stirrer 7, and it is then pulverized with a pulverizer 10, ground to the extent necessary for transport, after which the sludge containing coke is pumped over by the lib pump. An additional amount of pitch is fed to the suction line of the pump 11 to control the concentration of suck. Due to coarse crushing of coke in a relatively wide space inside the vessel I, the formation of a dense array of pieces of coke is eliminated. Broken pieces of coke can easily pass through the holes disk 15 without scoring them. While the holes have a longitudinal section of the shape of a trapezoid, a smaller base of which is located on the side of the blades 9. Claims (1) [1] DEVICE FOR SUBMITTING LIQUID FURNACE WITH Coke Pieces to a TRANSPORT PIPELINE, obtained in a reaction apparatus by thermal cracking of heavy oil products or coal tar, containing a receiving tank, a strainer located therein and a crushing mechanism with a rotary mixer and crushing blades, suction nozzles, pulpers which is in communication with the outlet of the receiving tank, and discharge with the transport pipeline, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability, the receiving tank b is made with an additional hole in the side vertical wall, in front of which a mesh filter is installed, and the outlet of the receiving tank is made in its bottom and communicated with the suction pipe through the spray gun, while the axis of the rotary mixer is vertically aligned with the outlet hole, and the crushing blades are under an additional hole, and the crushing mechanism is equipped with a perforated disk mounted on the axis of the mixer under the blades at a distance less than the diameter of the holes in it, and the device is equipped with an additional pump, the suction pipe of which is in communication with the receiving tank through an additional hole, and the discharge pipe with the transport pipe, and a bypass pipe connected to the suction pipes of the pumps. »SU„> 1237078 AZ
